Just learning about your food and about how our bodies react to this food is a great start to knowing what foods will help us to get to a place where we have the right diet, and where we feel good about ourselves. To get protein you might eat meat, but then you run the risk of taking in too much fat. A little fat is good for you, but too much just adds to your bulk: eating 3,500 calories more than your body needs will add 0.3lb of fat to your body. Not good.

Getting the right food is a very fine line. Your diet is essential.

Now consider a super food like Acai, which is essentially an injection of nutrients, minerals and antioxidants. This comes with no bad side effects at all. The evidence for Acai being very, very beneficial is overwhelming.

I’m convinced.

I used to be very overweight indeed until I started to visit a nutritionist. This nutritionist told me all about the importance of eating properly to help my weight loss. I found, using his advice, that I could still eat what I wanted, but I just had to be careful about the amounts and the timing of my eating.

I have also been a victim of this totally deceptive online practice taken by Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. (“CCN”). And I had the same experience what I saw in news.

For those who don’t know about this let me tell you one thing if you are eager to try Acai for one of its numerous benefits and still haven’t find some company online who can provide you a steady and legal supply of Acai berry, then please be careful when going for an online company. I remember those days when there was nothing to be suspicious about when dealing with an online store, but with the increasing popularity people like Graham Gibson, the owner of CCN, have come out with various tricks just to earn quick dollars. And look what are the consequences!

They have to pay $1 million to the state for civil penalties, $350,000 in consumer reconstitution and $25,000 for the whole investigation process. After I signed up with them for a low cost risk free trial of an Acai product, do you know what did I get? Nothing, but I got a bill for some other products which I didn’t even order. So, trying to make good money with Acai or any other product this way, can end up costing you a lot more in the long run.

You must have heard of Acai? It’s the latest craze on the health scene and has been promoted by such illustrious celebrities as Oprah; that’s not something you can ignore easily.

The reason Acai is causing such a storm is that it can be hugely beneficial if used correctly to supplement a diet. An Acai supplemented diet and regular exercise is all that you need to start changing to that healthy life that you were craving. There’s no hard work involve, just moderation, control and commitment.

The reason Acai can help your diet is that it replaces many of the nutrients that you would otherwise require food for. It also contains loads of antioxidants which are very good for you in their own right: some reports suggest they may even help prevent cancer. How’s that for a good reason to take it up?

It must be stressed that Acai will not, on its own, make you thin. It can though, if used in the right way, make the weight loss process much easier to stomach (if you pardon the terrible pun). Yes, they say they just charge you for shipping. If that were so, it wouldn’t be bad. But in reality, they just want your credit card number and will bill you every month for a subscription you didn’t sign up for. They bury the fine print in their terms and conditions.

You will spend hours trying to cancel this subscription

There will either be noone to contact to return the crappy product, or they will say you have to call their customer service number to get return authorization. When you do, you are put on hold and shuffled between different people until you give up. Don’t believe me? Before you purchase, call or email them and say you did not sign up for a subscription and please stop sending the product. You will get the runaround.
