Said that they could void the transaction, or refund me the 97.95 that was charged because of a ‘rebilling’ and I then cancelled my subscription. I was told I will not be billed any more and do not owe the 97 dollars any more. Still debating on whether to cancel my card, but I’m pretty mad at myself. Learned my lesson..
I just order AcaiMax last month to give it a tried. It was a free 14 days trail period with a auto order program. But you have to cancel before your 14 days period expired or they will bill you the $99. to your credit card. And even if you cancel the auto reorder and want to return the product unopen THEY will not credit you for their products. I told the company that most business would give you your money back if you return it unopen and within a few days after delivery. If you plan to tried this product I would not recommened using this company they want to keep your money and RUN!!! Very disappointed with ACAIMAX DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I just got off the phone with the acia max guy. I found a charge on my cc for $97. He tried to tell me I agreed to this fee. I told him to show me where this fee is stated because I agreed to $4.95 for limited samples only. He sent me to aciamax.us. I could not get this site up. Upon trying several times I got to this site. I started to read to customer service all the complaints & fraud that Im not the only person that was not informed about the $97 fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He refunded me $43 & cancelled my subscription. I did receive my bottle within a couple of days & I have slowly but surely been losing weight. And I do get an energy increase when taking the vitamin.

I don’t like the way you have this written up. First…I have done research and can’t find the ingredient list or HOW the Acai Max Cleanse is produced anywhere on line. Where did you find this information? When I ordered it the bottle explained it is acai berries only. (Meaning no stems or roots, pit or leaves, I don’t remember if there were any other ingredients other than that found in the gel coating). I experienced very little weight loss and no energy increase the first month, the second I was losing maybe two to three pounds a week but no energy increase. The third month I was dropping weight, had more energy, and couldn’t wait for spring to get here. I had surgery toward the last of that month and had to quit everything I was taking so slowly began to gain. I am on Walgreen’s acai ‘blend’ (I wanted straight acai) and am slowly losing again plus my energy level is coming up. I have so much energy that I am sore after working with my livestock or heavy housework but I am up DOING it. I was going to reorder the Acai Max Cleanse. Tell me why I shouldn’t order that particular product. Thank you
I ordered this and it seemed to stope me up instead of letting things go, if you know what I mean. I stopped taking this and I am in the process of sending it back. they avertise the RivataSlim with it, don’t do it. I waited weeks before I received the product and the day I received them they took out $79.41 and I hadn’t even tried them. I am still waiting to see if they are going to give me my money back.

I have been scammed too and of course there is no way to contact them. I cancelled by phone in December, didn’t get hit for a charge in January and now they hit me again in Feb. I have cancelled that credit card however, due to it is set up as an automatic payment the bank told me they can continue to hit that cancelled credit card for up to a year. That does not make sense to me however, I have talked to 5 people at the bank and they tell me the same think. If anyone has a working contact number for this fraudulent company please post.

Cancel your card immediately!! I thought I was done with this scam in October. I was charged $87.13 a few days after ordering Acai Optimum. They said if I sent the product back they would refund $40.00, the rest would be kept as a restocking fee. I mailed it back and have not received the $40.00. I ordered the Acai Max Cleanse and I did cancel within the 14 days. They told me everything was canceled and that I would not be charged any further. A few days later $87.95 was taken from by account. I called and raised hell with these people. They said it was their mistake and that I would be receiving a full refund in 10 business days. Now it’s been almost 20 days, I have yet to recieve my refund and now their phone number doesn’t work. How convienent! Don’t hold your breath with these scammers. We’ve all been screwed. Lesson learned I suppose. I can’t believe they can get away with this crap. But I guess it was stupid of me for ever giving out my card number. Never again!!!!

I, too, was duped. I never received the product. I tried the 800 number, but I’m sure they have disconnected the 800 number. The recording is saying all circuits are busy, to please try your call later. They aren’t planning on answering later….I just called my credit card Fraud department. I told them I had been scammed. They said they would put a block on this present credit card number. They will send me a new card, with a NEW number, within 7-10 days. This way, those scammers can’t charge my card anymore. They will try my old number, but it won’t work for them!

If you read the disclaimer at the bottom of the site, they actually say they’re NOT affiliated with CNN, and the story and the people are fake…so that’s how they don’t get in trouble because they can say it’s right on their site. Makes me sick to my stomach how deceptive people have become.

A person answered the phone and told me that my order has been canceled. So hopefully, this will be the end of my story although I do plan to monitor my credit card charges.

There is no trial product only false trial period they use to send you a product you did not order and then bill you the full $87.13 and refuse to credit your account back unless it falls within the 10 day period after you place your order. Even when you contact them within thee specified time frame they put you off and say they sent a confirmation email that you never responded to in twithin the 10 day trial period because you never got it. Your out the $87.13 no matter what! Total scam artists! Read their agreement first,

Acai Maxx company is a scam. Be sure to read every hing on the page. Don;t just look at the bright colered words.they don’t want you to notice the small thing I ordered the sample thing and I thought I would have a month to try it out and if I didn’t like it I could return it, That where I was wrong. It is only 10 day from the time you order on line. If you miss the 10 days they will charge you card 76.00 dollors. I contacted them when I got back from vacation to send it back because it made me sick to my stomach. They said it could not be sent back because the length of time plus it had been opened. How can you try anything if it is not opened? I also was ccharged 86.00 for the acai maxx diet pill. It is nothing but a rip off..

I feel sorry for those who fell for it as I almost did. Sometimes you should trust your gut instinct if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. From now on I will always do further reasearch on products!

You CAN get your money back….I got scammed by the SAME company 3 weeks ago selling “free” trials of some teeth whitening crap, they charged me £70.00!!!!!! ….I phoned my bank straight away and their Fraud Dept got in touch with me and refunded the money back into my account within about a week….call your bank NOW!!
You can’t get your money back, that’s the thing with these scams. They’re not technically doing anything illegal, people just don’t read the fine print. Cancel your card, cause there’s no cancelling the order.
In answer to Ramona….YES they are doing something illegal, my bank told me that, thats why they refunded the money that was scammed from me back into my bank account.

They ARE doing something ILLEGAL, they offer the free trial, most people want to give it a go but not sign to up for month by month delivery and charges and also I and many others cancelled the order well before the 10 free trial was up and I still got charged $90.00 plus overseas currency conversion charges. I actually cancelled mine 5 minutes after the initial order. I have a cancellation number and all but still they keep trying to charge my account. Even if my bank cancelled my credit card and I put in a claim for the money that takes up to 6 weeks and in that time they well could have a hold more money but this time they’ll try to do through it VISA…… So beware, make a claim with your bank immediately. Cancel your card, the bank will issue another one with a different number… and keep checking your account daily. Cheers ….

You will not get through on any numbers as they do not belong to anyone!!!!! for me i was lucky to notice as soon as money was taken i had not authorised i had to cancel my card and my bank has taken over the dispute and refunded me my money i hope the same can be said for others in the same situation. I have just sent off for this trial too. I thought something was strange when I tried to get the colon cleanser too and I couldnt put in the offer code. I then got sceptical of the Acai Max. Lucky I found this blog, I used the cancel link that someone kindly put on. I have also cancelled my debit card too. I spoke to the bank and they told me that as long as they didnt take any bank details, cancelling the debit card would stop any more payments coming out. I advise anyone else who has used a debit card to do the the same.

I signed up for the free trial sample, still has not come. I checked my bank account today and seems that they took $87.00 out with out my authorization!! so i called them, talked to someone who email me a link and told me to fill it out and they would cancel my request and stop the money from coming out.. i sure hope it does! pisses me off i work hard for my money! stupid scams!!
