Okay, I’ve been scamed, and I really do feel stupid. I called the number on the back of the ACAIMAX bottle, waited for about twenty minutes and talked to a man, who was very nice. Said that they could void the transaction, or refund me the 97.95 that was charged because of a ‘rebilling’ and I then cancelled my subscription. I was told I will not be billed any more and do not owe the 97 dollars any more. Still debating on whether to cancel my card, but I’m pretty mad at myself. Learned my lesson..

I just order AcaiMax last month to give it a tried. It was a free 14 days trail period with a auto order program. But you have to cancel before your 14 days period expired or they will bill you the $99. to your credit card. And even if you cancel the auto reorder and want to return the product unopen THEY will not credit you for their products. I told the company that most business would give you your money back if you return it unopen and within a few days after delivery. If you plan to tried this product I would not recommened using this company they want to keep your money and RUN!!! Very disappointed with ACAIMAX DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!!! OTHER COMPANIES HAVE A BETTER GUARANTEE THEN THIS COMPANY.

So I hope i am not scammed…i ordered the “free trial” and called and cancelled an hour after i placed my order for the free trial and they did send me a confirmation of the canellation email….so we shall see if i get charged for anything else or even get the free trial…

I just got off the phone with the acia max guy. I found a charge on my cc for $97. He tried to tell me I agreed to this fee. I told him to show me where this fee is stated because I agreed to $4.95 for limited samples only. He sent me to aciamax.us. I could not get this site up. Upon trying several times I got to this site. I started to read to customer service all the complaints & fraud that Im not the only person that was not informed about the $97 fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He refunded me $43 & cancelled my subscription. I did receive my bottle within a couple of days & I have slowly but surely been losing weight. And I do get an energy increase when taking the vitamin.
I was able to reach them at 1-877-374-0182

I ordered this and it seemed to stope me up instead of letting things go, if you know what I mean. I stopped taking this and I am in the process of sending it back. they avertise the RivataSlim with it, don’t do it. I waited weeks before I received the product and the day I received them they took out $79.41 and I hadn’t even tried them. I am still waiting to see if they are going to give me my money back.

I also have been scammed.
After cancelling my order back in July 2010, I had not been charged for many months. Just yesterday I received an email from them saying thanks for my order, and I see that my card has now been charged $69.95. They have changed the original order number and company name and phone numbers.
I have been given new numbers to try

People Beware, they are back and charging again!!
