Dieting is not as difficult or as stressful as some magazines and books would have you believe. The key to a successful diet is control; the key is most certainly not starving yourself, nor is it sticking to one food or type of food.
Some easy ways to help your diet are as follows.

Around my country Thailand… we do not have access to such berries regularly.. Undoubtedly none of them are grown here… Help is needed…. ive heard the wonders of this berry and wouldn’t think twice before picking them up…. I do find shops that sell fruit drinks and one of the shops has an acai fruit drink… It is unknown if those drinks have sugar added into them….. I do not know if it is the right step to take by getting such a drink

I have read up a lot on this little berry, and this is definately the most trustworthy site I’ve found. I would like to know however, if the acai berry actually helps promote weight loss with diet and exercise. I’ve read about it helping people lose weight, yet there are no real facts stated about weight loss on this site. Does that mean it is not true?
