Hey, I’m currently taking these supplements. But I was wondering whether or not i can take more than two a day?
Will i be in any danger?… The on i bought from Holland&Barretts tells me to take only 2. but, i dont think its having any effect, ive been using it for about 2 weeks now.

You don’t have to take the Acai with the cleanse. That is actually just your preference (if you feel any bloating I would suggest it) Take the Acai Burn with the Acai Premier. That 1 burn before breakfast and lunch with a glass of water and 1 premier at night with a glass of water. After 2 weeks increase the dosage to 6 pills per day. If you do decide to take the cleanse then replace the premier with the cleanse once a month for 3-5 days. Repeat every month

hey, i am thinking about buying acai berry because i feel as though i need to lose weight, i was just wondering do you have to take it with the colon cleanse or does it still work without?

I was tempted by this trial but found them on eBay at £2.45. By the sounds of it they don’t make any difference.I’ve never dieted in my life and have around 2 stone to lose!! After eating healthy for 3 days( which I have never done) and exercise 30 mins 2 days on 1 off(which I haven’t done for 12 years) I have lost 3pm already!!! That’s a boost in itself. Good luck to you all I hope you also find something that works for you.:-)

I started taking acai capsules a few weeks ago i lost about 4 pounds so far which is not really that much.Although i have felt much better since taking them as they are good for cholestral and diabetese.

I bought some acacia berry pills from the internet and found out it was a scam and they keep taking money each month.They sell acacia products in holland and barrett buy them from there.Mine from the internet are going in the bin as you cant be sure if they are the real deal.
