i have purchased both colon cleanse and acai berry detox on free trials. could you please give me clear advice on when and how many to take. Instructions are not very clear. I have been taking acai berry capsules twice daily for 2 weeks. Nothing. I am excercising 5 times a week for and hour and i eat well. I dont know what to do. Is there some sort of food that helps work with acai to help with weight loss?

i just bought the acai berry cleanse and the fat burner from cvs both for 15 dollars i was wondering on the label it says to take two in the morning and 2 before dinner so does that mean i can take all 4 pills at the same time?

i just bought a acai berry fit formula boost an its a 60 daily supplement. and i have been taking it for 2days now. 2 in the morning with meal and 2 at night with dinner. i have been eating healthy. i like my fruits and vegetables.and im not sure yet if i lost anything but i work out almost every day. but im not sure y that ever since iv started taking this i feel this hunger or nauses feeling. more like hunger. am i supposed to ignore it? or this is just the way the berry works?

please leave comments it would help out a lot.

i have been using acai berry detox with lifestream cleanse.
i have been taking 4 pills a day 2 before breakfast and 2 after dinner
i am not sure when to take them?
also i am confused when to take the bowelbiotics powder that is in lifestream cleanse.

I got mine from holland and baretts, i have been taking them for about 4 days no weight loss yet but i do feel full.
you have to take 6 caps a day 2 each meal time.
Has anyone else used these ones and what are the result?
i will keep you posted
