I have no weight problem, but I am so very interested in

i ordered the supplement in pill form i just got it in the mail on sat and i was wondering if anyone else has gotten there and how they are taking it the bottle only says to take 1-3 capulse a day. when would be the best time to take them one dose at morning or afternoon or night or spread them out throught out the day if anyone has started please let me know how you might be taking them i want to be able to get the best results
